'Tis the season to be jolly when Christmas Pudding is brought to the table at the end of Christmas dinner. Of course it should also have brandy poured over it and be set alight just before serving for that quintessentially British Yuletide. Serve it with brandy butter and then go to sleep for a few hours afterwards - marvelous.
